1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and six177 ("the Platform," "we," or "us"). They apply to your access to and use of the six177 website, mobile application, game lobby, live casino, sports betting section, and all related services available at six177.onl.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

When you register for a six177 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must keep this information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. six177 will never ask you to share your password with anyone, including support staff. Do not share your login credentials with family members, friends, or anyone else.

• Registering with false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must notify six177 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• six177 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their login credentials.
• Accounts registered using temporary or disposable email addresses may be flagged for additional verification.

Verification documents may be requested at any point. Standard documents requested include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Providing false verification documents is a serious breach and will result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on six177 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage. The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. six177 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with JazzCash, Easypaisa, or your bank directly.

Withdrawal requests require that your account has passed basic identity verification. Accounts with unresolved verification issues, active bonus wagering requirements, or flagged activity may have withdrawal processing delayed pending review. six177 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

six177 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which are published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are non-transferable between accounts.

6 Gaming Rules

six177 provides access to casino games, live casino tables, slot games, and sports betting markets. Each game and betting market operates according to its own specific rules, which are available within the game interface or the relevant sports betting section.

• All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers. six177 does not alter or override game outcomes.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers. Dealing procedures, game rules, and any disputes arising from live sessions are subject to the studio provider's published rules in addition to these Terms.
• Sports bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant fixture. In the event of abandonment, postponement, or any exceptional circumstance, settlement rules follow the specific sport's section rules as published on the platform.
• In the event of a game or technical error that results in an incorrect display, payout, or result — for example, a software glitch that shows an impossibly large win — six177 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player's account. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on six177. Engaging in any of them may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Chargebacks: Filing a payment chargeback or dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider after a legitimate deposit has been credited to your six177 account.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the platform, whether under your own name or under different identities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino table games or poker variants.

• Money Laundering: Using six177 to process or obscure the origins of funds obtained through illegal means. six177 cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into suspected money laundering activity.
• Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, using another person's identity, or impersonating another player or account holder.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

six177 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Situations that may trigger account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspicious account activity, including unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns or irregular betting behaviour.
• A chargeback or payment dispute filed against a deposit made on the account.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A request from a responsible gaming body or legal authority.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance is held and not accessible until the investigation is resolved. Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances that were deposited and not derived from bonus activity may be returned after investigation, depending on the circumstances.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — for any reason, including responsible gaming concerns — can do so by contacting six177 support. Voluntary closures are processed promptly and any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

9 Privacy and Data

However, the platform is provided "as is" and no guarantee of uninterrupted access or error-free operation is made. Where a genuine platform error has caused an unfair outcome for a player, six177 will work in good faith to reach a fair resolution.

12 Amendments to These Terms
